With a rich history spanning 50 years, Rock Tool and Machine has emerged as a dynamic leader in the fields of High & Low Pressure Aqueous Cleaning, Automated Assembly Systems, and Leak Test Machines. Our expertise extends to providing intricate details, fixtures, tools, jigs, low volume production machining, and prototype machining.

Our primary objective is to build upon our existing success and drive controlled growth by venturing into new markets and exploring innovative processes. As evidence of our commitment to quality, we are registered as ISO 9001 and QS 9001 TE Supplement.

Rock Tool boasts a large and modern machine shop equipped with the capability to manufacture a wide range of specialized details, perishable tooling, fixtures, and jigs. In addition to conventional tool room lathes and Bridgeport milling machines, our facilities house an extensive precision grinding department, multiple precision CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, a boring mill, and a CNC Wire EDM Machine. Our highly skilled machinists are adept at producing accurate and cost-effective parts for your existing machinery and equipment. To ensure excellence, we maintain a dedicated quality control department equipped with several CMM machines, all supported by our ISO/QS/TE certified quality system. With significant expertise in machine repair and reverse engineering of worn or broken parts, we specialize in delivering "like new" replacements.

Moreover, we offer short-run production and prototype machining services, catering to the diverse needs of our customers.
