Company Profile:

Rock Tool and Machine has become a dynamic leader over the last 50 years in the fields of High & Low Pressure Aqueous Cleaning, Automated Assembly Systems and Leak Test Machines.  We also provide details, fixtures, tools, jigs, low volume production machining and prototype machining.

Our goal is to build and expand upon our continuing success and steer our controlled growth into new markets and new processes.

We are registered as ISO 9001 and QS 9001 TE Supplement.

Rock Tool has a large and modern machine shop with the ability to manufacture  all kinds of special details, perishable tooling, special fixtures and jigs.  Our shop includes the normal tool room lathes and Bridgeport milling machines but we also have an extensive precision grinding department, several precision CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes, a boring mill and a CNC Wire EDM Machine.  Our skilled machinists can produce accurate and cost effective parts for your existing machines and equipment.  This is backed up by a quality control department with several CMM machines and our ISO/QS/TE certified quality system.  We have a great deal of experience in machine repair and reverse engineering of worn or broken parts to produce a "like new" replacement.
